Our collaboration with rebateschocs continues

Since 2011, rebateschocs has positioned itself as a reference for consumers by allowing them to access advantageous gift certificates and save on a host of products and services offered nearby.

From the start, our District Web agency was associated with the creation of the site , which brings together the offers of hundreds of merchants from all over Quebec. In 2021, our expertise was once again called upon, this time for the creation of the European portal .

In full expansion, rebateschocs plans to open new franchises internationally from 2023. The creation of the mobile application – which can be downloaded for free on iOS and Android – is part of this growth dynamic. In fact, people now have quick and easy access, via their smart phone or tablet, to exclusive offers from the merchants around them. In addition to increasing sales, this initiative consolidates the leadership of rebateschocs and its commitment to promoting local purchases.

As part of this mandate, we had six main objectives  :

  • Increase mobile sales;
  • Boost M-marketing to build customer loyalty;
  • Improve the service offer with new insights;
  • Simplify the gift certificate validation process;
  • Find a solution for inventory management;

Our team of UX designers, UI designers, Motion Designer, UX/SEO Writer, mobile developers and testers rose to the challenge brilliantly. This project allowed us to demonstrate, once again, our expertise and to create a mobile application that perfectly meets the objectives of rebateschocs.

  • From the first design phase of the mobile application, our UX Designer developed the wireframes with a user-centric approach. Our goal: to promote access to local offers while creating a simple purchasing channel, with fast payment.

The high-fidelity wireframes and interactive prototypes allowed the rebateschocs team to clearly visualize the project and our experts to perform all the user tests even before the application was put into production.

Our UI designer developed a sleek and ergonomic design, while our Motion designer worked on the onboarding and all the micro-interactions of the mobile interface. The result is an enriching, intuitive, pleasant and reassuring mobile experience for users.
